Dr. Eva Ana Firestone (flute) - Vienna

One of other my chamber music partner is Dr. Eva Ana Firestone, a flautist and educator living in Vienna, Austria.

Already we played together for 3 years when I lived in Vienna from 2007. But later i had to move back to Budapest and we couldn't play together again for long time because of the distance between us. From the COVID I researched the digital music education and i found the possibility to play again together. So, from August 2022 we play together again every week on the internet. We tried a lot of soundcards and application/program to develop the connection speed between Vienna and Budapest. So, we had a lot of experience about it and recently we can keep easily every weekend a rehersal or sometimes online concert. Our plan to play again together live in Vienna and Budapest as well as we'd like to share our experience with the musician community.

Eva Ana Firestone holds a doctorate in Sciences of Music and Jewish studies, as well as a concert diploma in recorder. She teaches elementary music education, recorder and flute at the Vienna music schools. Her interest in romantic and contemporary music has led her to focus on performing as a flautist. She is studying classical dance to better experience how music and movement enhance one another.
